The Time Department of the BIPM is responsible for the computation and dissemination of the Coordinated Universal Time through the monthly Circular T. To this aim, many activities are necessary, from the sound set up of a system for data collection, archiving, and processing, to the development of new algorithms and test on data treatments, to the organization and support of calibration campaigns, and the maintenance of a time laboratory equipped with atomic clocks, measurement systems, and GNSS receivers. The main activities of the last years, in collaboration with the National Metrology Institutes (NMI) and the CCTF Working Groups are mostly related to: 1. The preliminary tests for the inclusion of remote clock comparisons based on the GNSS Galileo and Beidou time transfer; 2. The support to the pilot project developing Software Defined Radio receivers to be used in the Two Way Time and Frequency Transfer, the tests on the use of these measures in the computation of UTC, and the support to the further development; 3. The development of a web page based on a newly devised data base containing information on UTC, the rapid version UTCr, the national time scales, calibrations reports, UTC disseminated by GNSS systems, ... 4. The study of the Integer Precise Point Position for high stability time transfer, in collaboration with the French Space Agency CNES and the French Centre National de Recherche Scientifique; 5. The study of the optimization of the parameters fixed in UTC calculation; 6. Inclusion of primary and secondary frequency standards in the steering of TAI. The BIPM has a program of collaborations with NMIs welcoming secondees for collaboration of short or long duration on the BIPM research program. The paper reports an update of all these activities.
