A Web-based anonymous feedback facility has been used for three years to give students a voice and some ownership of the subjects they are studying, and to allow staff to make adjustments to the teaching program in time to help the current student group. Improvements have been made to the system, e.g. the ability for students to identify themselves, extensions to staff e-mail copies, discussion threads to delineate topic areas, and automatic generation of statistics on usage.
