采用 Ugi 多组分一锅法反应,以2-羧基苯甲醛、胺、异腈为原料,以甲醇和乙腈为混合溶剂,室温下简便高效地合成了8个3-异吲哚酮-1-甲酰胺衍生物,收率均在75%以上,其结构用1 H NMR、13 C NMR 和高效液质联用(LC-MS)进行了确证。%8 Final compounds were synthesized by one pot Ugi multicomponent reaction,starting from sim-ple and readily available inputs including 2-formylbenzoic acid,isocyanide,and amine in the presence of methanol and acetonitrile,in excellent yields at room temperature. The yield reached above 75% . The structures of terminational compounds were determined by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR and LC-MS techniques.
