稻草秸秆粗饲料日粮中添加活性酵母对羔羊生长性能及营养物质消化率的影响

         

摘要

In order to investigate the influence of active yeast on utilizable efficiency of diets with straw as roughage, we carried out growth experiment and digestion experiment by dividing 40 lambs into the experiment group (adding live yeast)and the control group at random.The results indicated that the daily gain in the experiment group increased by 14.28%,compared with the control group (P﹤ 0.05).And the feed conversion rate was 14.03% in the experiment group, while that of the control group was 12.44%.There was significant difference between them(P﹤0.05).Active yeast also in-creased the digestibility of hemicellulose of straw feeds (62.9% in the experiment group,55.6% in the control group,P﹤0.05).While no significant difference in dietary dry matter,organic matter,crude protein,starch,acide detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) were found between the two groups (P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,plasma urea nitrogen concentration significantly decreased in the group adding active yeast (P﹤0.05).And plasma glucose andβ-hydroxybutyric acid didn’t show difference between the two group.In conclusion,the active yeast could im-prove the utilization efficiency of the straw feed in the lamb fattening.%为了研究添加活性酵母对以稻草秸秆为粗饲料日粮利用率的影响,本试验将40只羔羊(体重约11.41 kg)随机分为对照组和活性酵母添加组2个处理,开展生长试验和消化试验。试验结果表明:活性酵母添加组羔羊平均日增重比对照组显著提高14.28%(P﹤0.05),饲料转化效率为14.03%,显著高于对照组的12.44%(P﹤0.05)。添加活性酵母显著提高半纤维素的消化率,由对照组的55.6%提高到62.9%(P﹤0.05);日粮干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率差异不显著(P﹥0.05)。与对照组相比,血浆尿素氮浓度随活性酵母添加量的增加而显著降低(P﹤0.05),血浆葡萄糖及β-羟丁酸等生化指标差异均不显著(P﹥0.05)。综上所述,活性酵母的添加可以提高羔羊对以稻草秸秆为粗饲料的高纤维日粮的利用效率。
