This article analyses in brief present situation and shortcoming of traditional mental working practice teaching for our school.In order to adapt to the need of credit system,some reforming teaching modes and operating system are advanced.By adjusting new plan,integrating resources,reforming management mode,enriching practice content,we can develop student’s innovation capability continuously.%对机械制造工程训练教学的现状和不足进行了分析。为适应学分制改革的整体需要,对其教学和运行模式改革提出了几点设想。通过调整计划、整合资源、改革管理手段、丰富实习内容,不断提高学生的创新能力和综合素质。
