药物制剂技术课程中PBL教学模式实践研究

         

摘要

Objective To provide reference for improving the teaching level in the pharmaceutical preparation technology curricu-lum. Methods The problem based learning(PBL)teaching mode was adopted in the pharmaceutical preparation technology course taken by the pharmacy students in grade 2011 and grade 2012,who are researched as the control class and the experimental class. With the real cases of pharmaceutical production as the carrier,the education goal of cultivating the capacity of self-independent learning and life-long learning was maintained to penetrate throughout the whole teaching process,and the teaching practical activities of pharmaceuti-cal preparation technology was actively carried out. The survey and the exam results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The number of students favoring the pharmaceutical preparations technology in the experimental class were obviously more than that in the control class,and the exploring ability was significantly stronger than that in the control group;the average exam scores on the pharma-ceutical preparations technology in the experimental class were higher than that in the control class. Conclusion Applying the PBL teaching mode in the pharmaceutical preparation technology is in favor of increasing the teaching effects and cultivating the ability of self-independent and life-long learning of students,which will conduce to cultivating the pharmacy students with both professional ability and professional potential. But in the practical implementing process,due to the limitation of the teachers' ability and teaching data,the PBL teaching should be organically combined with the traditional teaching method.%目的:为提高药物制剂技术课程的教学水平提供参考。方法选取学校2011级和2012级药学系学生作为对照班和试验班进行实践研究,采用以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL),在药物制剂技术课程中以药品生产真实案例为载体,坚持以养成学生自主学习、终身学习的能力为教育目标贯穿到整个教学过程,积极开展药物制剂技术的教学实践活动,以问卷调查结果和学生成绩进行对照。结果试验班学生喜欢药物制剂技术的人数明显多于对照班,探究能力明显强于对照班;试验班学生的药物制剂技术考试平均分比对照班高。结论在药物制剂技术的教学中运用PBL教学模式有利于提高教学效果,培养学生自主学习和终身学习的能力,为培养既有职业能力又有职业潜力的药学专业学生助力。但在实际实施过程中,因受师资条件和教学资料的限制,应将PBL教学与传统教学方法有机结合。
