Objective To evaluate the effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin in treating obese polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) . Methods 80 patients with obese PCOS were randomly selected and treated by Daine-35 combined with metformin for continuous 3 months. The clinical symptoms, body mass index ( BMI ) , serum luteinizing hormone ( LH ) , follicle-stimulating hormone ( FSH ) , LH/FSH and testosterone ( T ) , fasting plasma glucose ( FPG ) , fasting insulin ( FINS ) were compared between before and after treatment. Results Among 80 cases of obese PCOS after treatment, 44 cases recovered the regular menstruation, 2 cases were pregnancy, 14 cases of hairiness and 40 cases of acne were obviously alleviated;Compared with before treatment, BMI, LH, T and FINS after treatment were significantly de-creased with statistically significant difference ( P﹤0. 05 );FSH and FPG had no statistically significant difference between before and af-ter treatment. Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin can make some patients to recover the regular menstruation, improve hairiness and acne, reduce the T and LH levels, increase the insulin sensitivity, which can be used as a safe and effective method for treating obese PCOS.%目的：评价炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的疗效。方法随机选取80例肥胖型PCOS患者，应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(达英35)及二甲双胍连续治疗3个月，比较治疗前后的临床症状，体重指数（BMI），血清促黄体生成素( LH )、促卵泡素（FSH）、LH/FSH、睾酮（T），空腹血糖（FPG）及空腹胰岛素（FINS）。结果80例肥胖型PCOS患者应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片及二甲双胍联合治疗后，恢复规则月经44例，妊娠2例，多毛明显缓解14例，痤疮明显缓解40例；治疗后BMI，LH，T及FINS水平均明显下降（ P﹤0.05）；FSH及FPG治疗前后无明显差异（ P﹥0.05）。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍可使部分患者恢复月经，改善多毛及痤疮症状，降低T及LH水平，提高胰岛素敏感性，可作为治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的有效方法。
