Objective:To probe into the application effect of patients partici-pating in patients safety in nursing care of young patients with lung cancer. Methods:A total of 1 1 cases of young patients with lung cancer were select-ed to study and they were nursed by using patients participating in patient safety concept.They were encouraged to describe what they wanted,express their emotions,involve in the treatment and nursing implementation pro-gram,and made them become the participator and supervisor of medical ac-tivities.Results:The occurrence of adverse events was put an end.Conclu-sion:The effective application of patients participating in patients safety in practice can put an end to the occurrence of adverse nursing events.By par-ticipating in the process,the patients can enhance the confidence to over-come the disease and improve their quality of life.%[目的]探讨病人参与病人安全在青年肺癌病人护理中的应用效果。[方法]选取11例青年肺癌病人进行研究，运用病人参与病人安全理念进行护理，在住院期间鼓励病人说出自己的需求，宣泄自己的情绪，参与治疗和护理实施方案，使其成为医疗活动的参与者与监督者。[结果]杜绝了不良事件的发生。[结论]将病人参与病人安全切实有效地运用到实践中可杜绝护士不良事件的发生，病人在参与过程中可增强其战胜疾病的信心，有利于提高病人的生活质量。
