团体咨询对急诊科护士职业价值观、工作压力和职业倦怠的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the influence of group counseling on professional values , work stress and burnout for nurses in the emergency room .Methods Forty-four nurses in the emergency room were randomly divided into the observation group (n=22) and the control group (n=22).The control group was implemented with regularly nursing .The observation group was implemented with group counseling .Two groups were surveyed with the nurse professional values scale , nursing burnout scale and nurse ’ s work pressure scale . Results The mean scores of professional values in the observation group and the control group were (4.28 ± 1.23) and (2.15 ±0.7), respectively, which was significantly different (t=4.856, P<0.05).The mean scores of work stress in the observation group and the control group were (1.12 ±0.42) and (2.32 ±0.85), respectively, which was significantly different ( t =3.442, P <0.05).The mean scores of burnout in the observation group and the control group were (162.32 ±14.78) and (195.23 ±13.75), respectively, which was significantly different (t=3.752, P<0.05).Conclusions The group counseling model can induce the formation of an active professional value , and relieve work stress and burnout for emergency department nurses .%目的:探讨团体咨询对急诊科护士职业价值观、工作压力及职业倦怠的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将急诊科44名护士随机分为观察组和对照组各22名,对照组由护士长定期进行谈心,观察组则进行团体咨询干预。干预前后采用护士职业价值观量表、职业倦怠量表及护士工作压力源量表对两组护士进行调查。结果干预后,观察组护士职业价值观总均分为(4.28±1.23)分,对照组为(2.15±0.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t =4.856,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护士工作压力总评分为(1.12±0.42)分,对照组为(2.32±0.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.442,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护士职业倦怠总评分为(162.32±14.78)分,对照组为(195.23±13.75)分,差异有统计学意义( t=3.752,P<0.05)。结论团体咨询模式能促使急诊科护理人员形成积极的职业价值观,缓解护士压力及职业倦怠。
