基于临床实例的情景模拟教学在《护理伦理学》中的应用

         

摘要

目的 在《护理伦理学》课程教学中真正提高护生的伦理意识和道德修养.方法 笔者在2008级本科护理学专业《护理伦理学》教学中实施了基于临床实例的情景模拟教学方法,并从问卷调查、访谈、考核成绩三个方面评价教学效果.结果 84.37%的护生认为有必要开展情景模拟教学,78.13%的护生能积极参与,100%的护生认为自己从中获益;期末考试成绩及格率、优秀率比往届分别提高了3%和43%.结论 情景模拟教学,有利于培养护生的沟通能力和伦理修养.%Objective: To truly improve the ethical awareness and moral self - cultivation of nursing students in the teaching of " care ethics". Methods: The author application of scence simulations based on the clinical examples, in teaching of the " Care Ethics" for 2008 undergraduate students of nursing profession, and evaluation of teaching effectiveness by questionnaires, interviews and test results in three areas of. Results:84.37% of the nursing students felt the need for the teaching of scenario simulation, 78.13% of the nursing students actively participate in the teaching activity, 100% of students felt their benefit; final examination pass rates and excellent rates were increased 3% and 43% compared with previous. Conclusions; This scenario simulated teaching method contributes to train nursing students communication skills and ethics training.
