基于中国高等教育质量评估的现状与问题，从多维度的评价指标，合理的机构体制，调查形式不断拓展，及时提供反馈等四个方面分析美国“大学生学习投入性调查”（NSSE）在实践中的价值，提出对中国高等教育的启示。%Based on an analysis of the current status of and problems in the higher education quality evaluation in China , this paper gives an introduction to a new model of quality evaluation . It firstly makes elaboration on the practical values of the NSSE as the following :1) multidimensional evaluation criteria adopted to make all‐round in‐depth survey ;2) proper institutions involved to guarantee the reliability of the survey ;3) diversified means of survey applied to build an interactive platform for communication ;4) prompt feedback given to reflect the value of survey . Then ,it makes a discussion on the implications for the higher education in China .
