OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the improvement efficacy of atorvastatin or rosuvastatin plus regular exercise for arterial elasticity in patients with coronary heart diseases. METHODS:186 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital be-tween February 2012 and October 2013 were randomized to three groups of 62 each,i.e.,control group,atorvastatin group and ro-suvastatin group. The add-on regular exercise was performed in all of the three groups. The indexes including blood lipids,blood pressure and arterial elasticity(baPWV)in the three groups before and after treatment were compared. RESULTS:In atorvastatin-group and rosuvastatin group,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and LDL-C were significantly lower than before treatment (P0.05);baPWV in all of the three groups after treatment of 20 weeks were lower than baseline levels,with statistically significant differences noted in rosuvastatin group before and after treatment(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Two kinds of statins (atorvastatin or rosuvastatin) plus regular exer-cise resulted in significant improvement in arterial elasticity and significant reduction in the incidence of cardiovascular events in pa-tients with coronary heart disease,and rosuvastatin has more advantages than atorvastatin in improving arterial elasticity in patients with coronary heart disease.%目的：探讨阿托伐他汀与瑞舒伐他汀联合规律运动对冠心病患者动脉弹性的改善效果。方法：收集2012年2月至2013年10月某院收治的冠心病患者186例，将患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组、阿托伐他汀组、瑞舒伐他汀组（各62例）。3组患者均进行规律运动，在此基础上阿托伐他汀组采用阿托伐他汀治疗，瑞舒伐他汀组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后血脂、血压及动脉弹性（baPWV）。结果：阿托伐他汀组及瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后的总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平与治疗前比较明显降低，治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平与治疗前比较明显升高，治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；3组治疗20周后的baPWV水平与基线值比较均降低，但瑞舒伐他汀组治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用2种他汀类药物联合规律运动可以使冠心病患者的动脉弹性明显改善，降低心血管事件的发生率，且瑞舒伐他汀在改善冠心病患者动脉弹性方面可能更具有优势。
