我国居民膳食中反式脂肪酸(TFA)含量呈逐年增高的趋势,而我国对TFA与人体健康关系的研究甚少.通过内皮细胞损伤来研究TFA对内皮细胞的作用机制,为研究TFA对血管壁细胞的影响及其与动脉粥样硬化的关系提供理论依据,为我国心血管疾病的预防提供科学数据,具有重要的理论和社会价值.%There were few researches on the realationship between TFA and human health in the fields of domestic research in spite of the TFA content of Chinese food had been rising year after year.The mechanism of TFA on endothelial cells mainly involved endothelial injury.Study on the effects of TFA on the endothelial ceils was of important theoretical and social value,and could provide theoretical basis and reliable scientific data for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
