安岳县是四川省红薯的主产区之一，红薯种植历史悠久。该县“周礼粉条”已经获得国家地理标志，通过绿色食品认证，红薯粉条加工业发展前景广阔。通过对安岳县粉条加工主产区田坝村的调研，了解该县红薯粉条加工产业发展现状及其存在的现实问题，在此基础上提出进一步推动该县红薯产业可持续发展的对策与建议。%Anyue county is one of the main producing areas of sweet potatoes in Sichuan province, and it has a long planting histo- ry. Zhou Li vermicelli in Anyue county has already obtained a national geographical indication and passed the Green Food Certification, and the sweet potato vermicelli processing industuy in Anyue country has broad development prospects. According to the investigation and re- search on the sweet potato vermicelli processing industry in Tianba villiage of Anyue county, we learned about the industy development status and the existing problems of sweet potato vermicelli processing industry in Anyue county, and on this basis, we put forward the countermeas- ures to promote the sustainable development of the sweet potato industry in Anyue county.
