目的 了解医务人员肠道病毒(EV)隐性感染以及医务人员子女手足口病(HFMD)患病情况.方法 选择父母一方或双方为医务人员的儿童1088例为观察组,父母为非医务工作人员的儿童1206例作为对照组,对比两组儿童的HFMD患病情况.选取在医院不同科室工作的0～8岁儿童的家长150名,其中儿科医务人员、其他临床科室医务人员、行政人员各50名,检测并比较其EV通用型、EV71型、柯萨奇病毒A组16型隐性感染情况.结果 观察组儿童HFMD患病率高于对照组儿童(P＜0.05).儿科医护人员EV通用型、EV71型隐性感染率高于其他临床科室医务人员及行政人员(均P＜0.05).结论 与HFMD患者密切接触的医务人员EV隐性感染率高于其他科室工作人员,医务人员子女HFMD的患病率高于其他知识分子的子女.需进一步对医务人员加强预防HFMD病原传播的措施,以减少其隐性感染率及其子女HFMD的患病率.%Objective To investigate the subclinical infection of enterovirus(EV) in medical staff and the prevalence of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in their children.Methods A total of 1 088 children,one or both of whose parents were medical staff, were selected as the observation group,and another 1 206 children,whose parents were not medical staff,as the control group.The prevalence of HFMD was compared between the two groups.A total of 150 medical staffs,whose children aged 0-8 years,from different departments were selected,including 50 from department of pediatrics,50 from other clinical departments and 50 administrative staffs.The subclinical infection of unclassified EV,EV71 or Coxsackievirus A16 was detected and compared among the medical staffs from various departments. Results The prevalence rate of HFMD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The subclinical infection rates of unclassified EV and EV71 in the medical staffs from department of pediatrics were higher than those in the medical staffs from other clinical departments or in the administrative staffs(P＜0.05).Conclusions The subclinical infection rate of EV in the medical staffs who have a close contact with HFMD patients is higher than that in the employees from other departments,and the prevalence rate of HFMD in the children of medical staff is higher than that in the children of other intellectuals.It is necessary to further enhance the preventive measures for the pathogen transmission of HFMD among medical staff,thereby reducing the subclinical infection rate of HFMD in the medical staff as well as the prevalence rate of HFMD in their children.
