Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing on indwelling urinary catheter outside hospital in patients with cervical cancer after surgery. Methods Seventy-eight patients with cervical cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to annual basis.The patients in control group were treated by routine postoperative health education and guidance on discharging from hospital,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by continuous nursing,and on the first review, the situations about indwelling urinary catheter-related complications,pelvic floor muscle exercise compliance,nursing satisfaction degree,self-care ability score were investigated.Results The incidence rates of complication of indwelling catheter in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the proportions of pelvic floor muscle exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The scores of self-care ability in every dimension in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The continuous nursing can reduce the complications of postoperative indwelling urinary catheter of patients with cervical cancer after surgery,improve pelvic floor muscle exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction degree,improve patient's individual cognitive levels,at the same time,which can improve self-care ability of patients.%目的 探讨延续护理对宫颈癌术后留置尿管患者的影响.方法 选取2016年10月至2017年3月宫颈癌术后患者78例,按年度分为对照组和观察组.对照组给予常规术后健康教育及出院指导,观察组在此基础上予以延续护理,首次复查时了解留置尿管并发症、盆底肌锻炼依从性、护理满意度、自我护理能力评分情况.结果 观察组患者的留置尿管并发症低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的盆底肌锻炼依从性、护理满意度比例高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在自我护理能力的各维度得分上均高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 延续护理能够减少宫颈癌术后留置尿管的并发症,提高盆底肌锻炼依从性和护理满意度,提高患者对疾病的个人认知水平的同时提升了自我护理能力,逐步形成有效的自我管理能力.
