Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cervical cancer screening system-tru screen (TS) in the screening of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with cervical cancer were enrolled in the study. These patients were examined by TS, thinprep cytologic test (TCT) and cervical biopsy under colposcope, respectively. The pathological results were regarded as golden standard to compare the sensitivity and specificity. Moreover the reception degree and satisfaction degree of TS and TCT were evaluated by questionnaire. Results Among 200 patients, there were 48 cases of postitive pathological results,and 52 positive cases by TS and 40 positive cases by TCT.The sensitivity of TS and TCT was 87.50%,70.83%,respectively,and specificity was 93.42%, 96.05%,respectively,there was no significant difference in specificity between TS and TCT(P<0.05). Questionnaire survey results showed that 115 patients selected TS detection and 85 patients selected TCT.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of TS are as high as those of TCT,moreover,TS can be used widely in clinical practice,as an new cervical lesions screening technique.%目的 探讨初善仪宫颈癌筛查系统(TS)在宫颈癌筛查中的临床应用效果.方法 选取200例宫颈病变患者,依次行TS、液基细胞学检查(TCT)及阴道镜下宫颈活检术,以病理结果 为金标准.通过问卷调查得出TS及TCT两种方法 的接收程度及满意度.结果 200例中病理阳性例数48例,TS、TCT阳性例数分别为52例和40例,敏感度为87.50%、70.83%,特异度为93.42%、96.05%.TS敏感性高于TCT(P<0.05);特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).选择TS检查者115例,选择TCT检查者85例.结论 TS的敏感度和特异度不亚于TCT,且易于被患者接受,TS在临床上可被广泛推广.
