三甲医院全科医疗科门诊慢性病患者预约挂号现状调查

         

摘要

Objective To explore the current situation of appointment registration of patients with chronic diseases in outpatient service and WeChat in general medical department. Methods A total of 640 patients with chronic diseases who received treatment in outpatient service of general medical department from November 2016 to November 2017 were enrolled in the study. The questionnaires were designed by ourselves, which were filled by patients when they were visiting doctors,which were taken back on the spot,then the questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed. Results Among 640 patients, 346 patients (54. 06%) were 60~69 years old,and 390 patients (60. 94%) dwelled in this city. The patients with education degree of junior high school were the most (259 cases,40. 47%), the patients who selected spot registration were the most (530 cases,82. 81%),and the patients with education degree of primary school and below primary school who selected spot registration were the most (87. 73%), and there were 110 patients (17. 19) who selected appointment registration. Moreover the patients with master's degree and above master's degree who selected appointment registration accounted for 50. 00%. In addition 430 patients (67. 19%) did not select unwillingly appointment registration,in whom, the patients with education degree of primary school and below primary school were the most (70. 91%). The reasons without selecting appointment registration were some patients could not use WeChat (86. 04%), some patients said that the appointment telephone was difficult to get through (11. 13%) and some of them considered that it was unnecessary (2. 26%). Conclusion The outpatients with chronic diseases of general medical department are mianly the elderly patients who dwell in the city. These patients have lower education degree and lower use rate of phone and WeChat for appointment registration.%目的 探讨全科医疗科门诊就诊的慢性病患者电话和微信预约挂号现状.方法 选取2016年11月至2017年11月在全科医疗科门诊就诊的慢性病患者640例.自行设计调查问卷,患者来院就诊时填写并当场收回后进行整理和统计分析.结果 640例患者中,60~69岁最多346例(54.06%);居住地为本市者最多390例(60.94%);文化程度为初中者最多259例(40.47%);选择现场挂号530例(82.81%),小学及以下文化程度选择现场挂号比例最高87.73%;选择预约挂号110例(17.19%),硕士及以上选择预约挂号比例最高50.00%;不愿意预约挂号430例(67.19%),以小学及以下文化程度比例最高(70.91%).不选择预约挂号原因:不会使用微信(86.04%);预约电话难以接通(11.13%);没必要(2.26%).结论 全科医疗科门诊慢性病患者以居住在本市的老年人为主,文化水平低,电话和微信预约挂号使用率低.
