视网膜颞侧分支静脉阻塞与黄斑分支静脉阻塞眼底荧光素血管造影临床回顾分析

         

摘要

目的:分析视网膜分支静脉阻塞( BRVO)中,颞侧分支静脉阻塞与黄斑分支静脉阻塞( MBRVO)眼底荧光素血管造影(FFA)的特征。方法回顾性分析经FFA诊断为颞侧BRVO的135例患者(135眼)和98例MBRVO患者(98眼)的FFA检查结果。结果显示颞侧BRVO患者与MBRVO患者为上半支发生率高;动静脉交叉处发生率高。135例颞侧BRVO患者中,FFA显示阻塞区微血管闭塞、中心凹旁毛细血管部分破坏78例(57.8%),黄斑囊样水肿( DME )63例(46.7%),侧支循环形成13例(9.6%),视网膜新生血管16例(11.9%),视盘新生血管3例(2.2%)。98例MBRVO患者中FFA显示阻塞区毛细血管闭塞、中心凹旁毛细血管部分破坏46例(46.9%),黄斑囊样水肿14例(14.3%),侧支循环形成33例(33.7%)。结论颞侧BRVO患者与MBRVO患者均有一定比例缺血改变,颞侧BRVO患者有视网膜及视盘新生血管生成,MBRVO患者则没有视网膜新生血管生成。中心凹旁毛细血管部分破坏及DME比例,颞侧BRVO患者均高于MBRVO患者。 MBRVO患者侧支循环形成比例高于颞侧BRVO患者。%Objective To analyze, in the branch retinal vein occlusion( BRVO) ,temporal branch vein occlusion with macular branch vein occlusion ( MBRVO) fundus fluorescein angiography ( FFA) features.Methods A retrospective analysis of the FFA diagnosis of tem-poral side BRVO 135 cases with 135 eyes and MBRVO FFA examination results of 98 cases with 98 eyes was done.Results The temporal side BRVO and MBRVO had high incidence of upper;and there was high incidence at artery and vein.FFA showed occlusion area in 135 cases of temporal side BRVO capillary occlusion,center near the concave part of capillary damage in 78 cases (57.8%),macular edema capsule sample in 63 cases (46.7%),collateral circulation formation in 13 cases (9.6%),retinal neovascularization in 16 cases (11.9%) ,new blood vessels of optic disk in 3 patients (2.2%) .FFA showed occlusion area in 98 cases of MBRVO capillary occlusion, center near the concave capillary partial destruction in 46 cases (46.9%),macular capsule edema in 14 cases (14.3%),collateral forma-tion in 33 cases (33.7%).Conclusion The temporal side BRVO circulation and MBRVO all have a proportion of ischemia change,tem-poral side BRVO have retina and optic disk new angiogenesis,MBRVO has no retina and optic disk new angiogenesis.Capillary partial de-struction by the side of central concave and macular capsule swelling ratio is higher than temporal BRVO.MBRVO patients have higher for-mation of collateral circulation than BRVO.
