大直径超长60 m旋挖桩施工技术

         

摘要

近几十年来国内外高层建筑大量兴起,其总高也越来越高、结构越来越复杂。本工程采用超长大直径旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工,设计桩径1.0m,有效桩长为60m。通过前期试桩、钻孔桩成孔工艺(钻机选型、泥浆的选用配置、成孔参数的选择)、成桩工艺、清孔、桩底及桩侧后压浆等。该施工技术效率较高,工程质量得到保证,有广泛的推广和应用价值。%Hig h-rise buildings at home and abroad in recent decades a large number of rise,the total height is becoming more and more high,the structure is more and more complex.This project adopts super-long large diameter spiral drilling filling pile construction,the design of pile diameter 1.0 m,effective pile length of 60 m. Through the early stage of the test pile,borehole pile process(selection,the selection of mud drilling rig configuration, the selection of pore forming parameters),the process of pile,qing lientang grouting hole,the bottom of the pile and pile,etc. The construction method of the efficiency is higher,the quality guaranteed,with a wide range of promotion and application value.
