临床血钾检测结果呈季节性波动的原因分析

         

摘要

为探讨临床血钾检测结果呈现季节性波动的原因,收集2012年1月——013年12月在我院住院患者的血钾检测结果,统计不同季节血钾检验结果的波动情况,同时,随机抽取2014年1月——2月门诊血钾检验标本100份,分别在12℃与30℃条件下保存2 h 后离心分离检测血钾水平。发现血钾检验结果呈现季节性波动,温度较低季节(春冬季节)血钾检测结果偏高,温度较高季节(夏秋季节)检测结果偏低,季节间比较差异显著(P<0.05);12℃下保存2 h 离心分离检测血钾水平显著高于30℃下保存2 h 测定结果(P<0.05)。说明临床血钾检测结果存在季节性波动表现,在低温下保存可引起血钾检测结果偏高,临床检验中应根据不同季节的变化特点合理选择保存途径。%The aim of this paper is to discuss the cause of seasonal fluctuation that clinic serum potassium represented. Methods of collecting serum potassium testing results of inpatients from January, 2012 to December, 2013 in our hospital and counting the fluctuation of serum potassium testing results in different seasons to achieve this objective were made. Meanwhile, 100 serum potassium testing samples of outpatients from January to February in 2014 were selected randomly. Keeping them in 12 ℃ and 30 ℃ respectively for two hours and then testing the level of serum potassium with centrifugal separation. The result of serum potassium testing represented seasonal fluctuation that the level of serum potassium on the high side in lower temperature seasons (spring and winter) and on the low side in higher temperature seasons (summer and autumn). The comparison of seasons had significant difference (P<0.05). The level of serum potassium of the samples kept in 12 ℃ for two hours in centrifugal separation detection was remarkably higher than that of in 30 ℃(P<0.05). The results showed that clinic serum potassium testing results represented seasonal fluctuation and the level of testing results were on the high side when serum potassium samples were kept in low temperature. So serum potassium samples of clinical testing should be kept in reasonable ways according to characteristics of different seasons.
