基于正交试验设计的浇筑式沥青混凝土配合比研究

         

摘要

Orthogonal design is a highly efficient and economical method for experiment design. In orthogonal test, some representative points are selected from comprehensive test based on the orthogonality,and these points with the features of“uniformity,dispersion,tidiness and comparability”,then it is widely applied. Orthogonal design is used to mixing ratio design of pouring asphalt concrete in the study. The influences of grading index,mineral filler content and asphalt content on stability and flow values of pouring asphalt concrete are analyzed. The impact orders of grading index,mineral filler content and asphalt content on stability and flow values of pouring asphalt concrete are researched by range analysis,so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for asphalt concrete mixing ratio design.%正交试验设计是一种高效率且比较经济的试验设计方法。正交试验是根据正交性从全面试验中挑选出部分具有代表性的点进行试验,这些点具备了“均匀分散,齐整可比”的特点,因而得到了广泛应用。采用正交试验设计方法,对浇筑式沥青混凝土材料进行了配合比设计,分析了级配指数、填料用量和沥青用量对浇筑式沥青混凝土稳定度和流值的影响。通过极差分析,研究级配指数、填料用量和沥青用量对浇筑式沥青混凝土稳定度和流值影响作用顺序,以期为沥青混凝土配合比设计提供理论依据和参考。
