高活菌发酵饲料对生长肥育猪免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] To study the effects of highly active bacterium-fermented feed on immunity and antioxidant activity of growing-finishing pigs and to provide the basis for its promotion and application. [ Method] A total of 180 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred growing-finishing pigs were randomly divided into two groups. The pigs in the control group were fed on traditional diet supplemented with antibiotics, and those in the experimental group were fed on traditional diet supplemented with highly active bacterium-fermented feed at a proportion of 8%. [ Result ] The contents of serum immunoglobulin were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Particularly, significant difference was found in the content of IgG between these two groups (P < 0.05). The experimental pigs fed for 28 d had significantly higher blocking rate of antibody against classical swine fever virus than those fed for 21 d ( P < 0.05 ). The experimental pigs had remarkably stronger antioxidant activity than the control group, and the difference in T-AOC was significant between them (P<0. 01). [Conclusion] The highly active bacterium-fermented feed enhanced immunity and antioxidant activity of growing-finishing pigs and had a greater application value in production.%[目的]研究高活菌发酵饲料对生长肥育猪的免疫功能和抗氧化性能的影响,为其推广和应用提供依据.[方法]选用180头日龄相近、体况一致的杜长大三元杂交肥育猪,随机平均分为2组对照组和试验组.对照组饲喂基础日粮中加抗生素,试验组在基础日粮中添加8%的高活菌发酵饲料.[结果]与对照组相比,试验组各组免疫球蛋白含量显著提高,其中IgG含量在28d差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01);试验组饲喂28d后的猪瘟抗体阻断率比21 d提高46.10%,且28 d试验组与对照组的猪瘟抗体阻断率差异显著(P<0.05);试验组饲喂高活菌饲料的抗氧化能力显著高于对照组,其中T-AOC达到极显著水平(P<0.01).[结论]应用高活菌发酵饲料能够促进生长肥育猪免疫功能和抗氧化性能的提高,在生产上具有较大的应用价值.
