为了优化计算燃料油应急加温输送管线系统中移动加温系统布设位置，依据移动加温系统的工艺参数，采用分段逼近法进行裸露钢质管线加温输送燃料油的温降和压降计算，分析风速对裸露钢质管线的传热影响，得到严酷条件下燃料油移动加温系统的一站加温输送距离，为燃料油应急加温输送决策提供依据。%In order to attain the optimization calculation of the distributed location of the moving heating-system in the pipeline system for the emergency heating transportation of fuel oil,based on parameters of the moving heating-system,the temperature drop and pressure loss of the bare steel pipeline applied to fuel oil heating transportation were calculated with segmented approximation method.The heat transfer influence of the bare steel pipeline resulted from the wind speed was analyzed as well.The one-station transportation distance of the moving heating-system of fuel oil under the sternest condition was derived,which can provide decisive basis for the emergency heating transportation of fuel oil.
