The aims of this study were to improve the efficiency and effect of biochemistry teaching through properly reforming the teaching methods. We tried to establish a systematic teaching method through guidance, inquiry, analysis and summary, build a learn-ing mode based on group's collaboration, and construct an examination pattern by partially suspecting the collaborated groups. The re-sults showed that dependent on such reformation, we preliminarily improved the students'initiative and enthusiasm to learn biochemis-try and elevated the ability of teachers to extract the key points of every chapters of biochemistry. Thereby, such reformation will benefit to improve the efficiency and effect of biochemistry teaching and has a potential value in other course's teaching.%旨在传统教学模式的基础上,对《生物化学》教学方法进行适当改革,以期在教学过程中达到提高效率与效果的目的. 我们试图通过给出问题→问题探究→引导→剖析→总结→解决,来建立渐进式教学体系;通过自由组合与协商合作构建以小组为单位的团体学习模式,通过以小组为单位建立一个基于团体的考核与考勤机制. 通过上述教学方法的改革,研究初步达到了提高学生的主观能动性和积极性、促进学生按时掌握知识点及提升了教师对重要知识点凝练能力的效果. 因此,基于问题探究、合作学习与团体考核的教学方法在《生物化学》的教学过程中能够有助于提高教学效率,并具有潜在利用和推广价值.
