一种适用于旋转弹单通道控制的硅微机械陀螺仪

         

摘要

The single-channel control is a simple and practical control method for rotary missile. Controlling the deflecting direction of the control surface of the missile can reduce the influence of the transverse angular rate on the missile and improve its hit rate. A micromachined gyroscope is presented to provide the control signal for single-channel. The gyroscope has characteristics of non-driven element, small size and simple structure. The frequency of its output signal equals to the spin frequency of the missile, and the amplitude is linear with the input transverse angular rate. By linearizing process on the output signal of gyroscope, the width modulated signal with constant amplitude and unequal pulse-width is obtained and used to control the deflecting direction of the control surface of the missile. By changing the direction of control surface four times within one cycle of the missile's spinning, the control on both the pitching and the yawing of missile can be simultaneously completed.%单通道控制是一种简单实用的旋转弹控制方式.通过控制旋转弹的舵面偏转方向,可减小弹体受横向角速率的影响,提高旋转弹的命中率.针对单通道控制方式,提出了一种可用于提供控制信号的硅微机械陀螺仪.陀螺仪无驱动部分,体积小,结构简单.其输出的正弦调幅信号的频率与旋转弹自旋频率相等,幅值与输入横向角速率呈线性关系.通过对陀螺仪输出信号进行线性化处理,可得到用于控制旋转弹舵面换相的等幅不等宽脉冲调宽信号.通过舵面在弹体自旋一周内的四次换相,可同时完成对导弹俯仰和偏航两个方向的控制.
