中小学教师压力及压力源研究报告--基于河北省部分地区中小学教师样本

         

摘要

Objective: to learn about the stresses and pressure sources of primary and secondary school teachers. Methods: the questionnaire of job stress scale for teachers was carried out to get the basic situation, including the work stress sources and the reactions of pressure of some primary and secondary schools teachers in Hebei province. Results:of all the occupation pressure sources of primary and secondary school teachers, the biggest one is that “the social requirements for teachers are getting stricter, but the benefits are not improved correspondingly”. In the physical and psychological dimension, females’ stresses are significantly higher than males’. In the family and the social dimension, the pressure of teachers in charge of classes is much heavier than those who are not;the differences between different teaching age groups are very significant. In the work characteristics dimension, there is a significant difference among primary, junior and senior middle school teachers. But teachers’ education backgrounds and different natural age groups do not result in significant difference. Conclusion: the pressures of primary and secondary school teachers lie in the middle level, and the greatest pressure is from the family and the society. Teachers’ salary and social status should be raised appropriately. Factors such as teacher’s gender, class teacher and teaching age should also be taken into teachers’ management. What is more, teachers should be taught how to reduce pressures in order to improve their anti-pressure abilities.%文章对河北省部分中小学教师进行了工作压力源及工作压力反应问卷调查。结果表明在职业压力源中,社会要求高与福利待遇低形成的反差系最大压力源;在身心特征维度上,女性压力高于男性;在家庭与社会维度上,班主任压力高于非班主任,不同教龄组的教师差异也很显著;在工作特征维度上,小学、初中、高中组的教师差异明显;不同学历组的教师、不同年龄组的教师在量表各维度上的差异则不明显。结论是中小学教师压力处于中等水平,在家庭与社会维度上的压力很大,应适当提高教师的工资与社会地位;对教师的管理应重视性别、班主任以及教龄上的压力差异;应教会教师减压的方法,以提升其抗压能力。
