Objective To explore the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C in the treatment of refractory glaucoma .Methods The application of the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C treatment of 45 cases of refractory glaucoma .Results After the Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage de-vice implantation combined mitomycin C ,intraocular pressure control , maintain good filtration , small damage to eyesight . Conclusion The Ex-PRESS glaucoma drainage device implantation combined mitomycin C has a very good therapeutic effect on refractory glaucoma .%目的：探讨Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C应用治疗难治性青光眼的疗效。方法应用Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C治疗45例难治性青光眼。结果行Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C后眼压控制，滤过维持好，视力损伤轻。结论 Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器植入术联合丝裂霉素C对难治性青光眼有着很好的治疗作用。
