目的:分析微生物检验结果影响因素及对标本阳性率的影响.方法:选取2015年1月-2015年12月1 000份临床样本和2016年1月-2016年12月1 000份临床样本作为本次研究观察样本,使用WalkAway40型全自动细菌鉴定仪进行检验,比较不同年份标本的微生物检验结果.结果:2015年标本的微生物检验阳性率要显著高于2016年(P<0.05);2015年血培养标本微生物检验阳性率显著低于2016年(P<0.05);但不同年份粪便标本的微生物检验阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2015年呼吸道标本和其他标本微生物检验阳性率显著高于2016年(P<0.05).结论:分析微生物检验结果影响因素,能够提高临床检验水平,为临床诊断与治疗提供科学依据.%Objective:To analyze influencing factors of microorganism test results and its influence on the positive rate of specimens.Methods:1000 clinical samples from January to December in 2015 and 1000 clinical samples from January to December in 2016 were selected as observation samples.WalkAway40 automatic bacteria identification instrument was used in this study.The results of microbiological examination in the different years were compared.Results:The positive rate of microbiological test in the year of 2015 was significantly higher than that in 2016 (P<0.05).The positive rate of microbiological test in blood culture in 2015 was significantly lower than that in 2016 (P<0.05).The positive rate of stool specimens was not statistically different between the two years.The positive rate respiratory specimens and other specimens of microbiological test in 2015 was significantly higher than that in 2016 (P<0.05).Conclusion:By analyzing the influencing factors of microbiological test results, we can improve the clinical test level, and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
