Based on the labeling c-myc-mRNA oligonucleotide with 99Tcm, the labeling compounds are entrapped with liposome. The results show that their radiochemical purity and specific activity are (96.5±3.5)% and 2.0±0.5 GBq*g-1 for antisense oligonucleotides,(95.3±3.2)% and 1.0±0.2 GBq*g-1 for sense oligonucleotides , (94.9±4.5)% and 1.4±0.3 GBq*g-1 for mismatched oligonucleotides,respectively. Their stability is good.%在99Tcm标记DNA的基础上,采用阳离子脂质体对其进行包裹,获得了脂质体介导的99Tcm-DNA。包裹后的标记物反义寡核苷酸、正义寡核苷酸、无义寡核苷酸的放化纯度分别为(96.5±3.5)%、(95.3±3.2)%、(94.9±4.5)%;比活度分别为2.0±0.5、1.0±0.2、1.4±0.3 GBq*g-1;介导后的寡核苷酸与水、血清孵育后,只有极小量99Tcm脱落,表明其稳定性较好。
