职教教师专业发展:理论与实务

         

摘要

The supporting theory of vocational edu cation teachers' professional development consists of three kinds of learning theories:adult learning theory, lifelong learning theory and experiential learning theo-ry. The professional development of vocational education teachers is the practical requirements of the knowl-edge economy society and current situation of teaching staff. Its implementation is composed of eight kinds of professional abilities.%职教教师专业发展的支撑理论由三种学习理论构成,即成人学习理论、终身学习理论和体验学习理论.职教教师专业发展是知识经济社会和职业教育师资队伍现状对职教教师提出的现实要求,其实现由八个方面的专业能力构成.
