Combining the practice, working attitudes of journal editors should have is discussed in this paper.It is considered that the attitudes of awareness, carefulness, diligence and modesty are the basic requirements for the journal editors to be good at doing editing work,which not only influences straightly the quality of edition and the development of publication,but also relates to journal's development and editors' survival under the situation of media convergence.So,it is very necessary to correct the working attitude of journal editors.%结合实践,论述了学术期刊编辑应有的工作态度.认为自觉、认真、刻苦、谦和的态度是做好学术期刊编辑工作的基本条件,直接影响着期刊的编校质量和出版工作的开展,关系到媒体融合形势下的期刊发展和编辑生存问题.所以,端正学术期刊编辑的工作态度是十分必要的.
