目的 探讨术中不同温度的灌洗液对输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术患者术后体温的影响.方法 将70例拟在我院行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术的患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组34例.观察组术中灌洗液温度控制在37℃左右,对照组术中灌洗液温度未做特殊处理,约为室温.记录患者术后48 h体温变化,血常规白细胞数,血清降钙素原(PCT).结果 两组患者体温>37.5℃的发生率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后48 h血常规白细胞总数和血清PCT比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);体温>38.5℃或血清PCT>0.05的发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 使用37℃左右的灌洗液能够降低输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后发热的发生率.%Objective To study the impact of body temperature of postoperative patients underwent flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy with different temperatures of irrigation fluid.Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The irrigation fluid in the experimental group (n=36) was warmed to 37℃;the control group (n=34) received irrigation fluid with room temperature.Body temperature, white blood cell count, serum procalcitonin (PCT) were recorded within 48 hours after the operation.Results In both groups, the incidence of the patients with temperature greater than 37.5℃ was significant difference(P<0.05);the white blood cell count and PCT in patients within 48 hours were no statistical difference(P>0.05);and the incidence of the patients with temperature greater 38.5℃ or serum PCT>0.05 was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of irrigation fluid about 37℃ can reduce the incidence of fever after the flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.
