护理硕士研究生专业学位与科学学位培养区别的质性研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the development difference between professional master degree and academic master degree in nursing and to provide reference for the development of advanced nursing talents. Methods With phenomenological method, a semi-structured interview was conducted among 24 nursing postgraduate students, nursing postgraduates, supervisor of nursing postgraduates and leaders of nursing school then the themes of the interview were extracted. Results Four themes were extracted in terms of the development difference of professional master degree and academic master degree in nursing including similar requirement in theoretical knowledge, difference in the capacity for scientific research and clinical competence;less clinical practice time for academic master degree in nursing and higher requirement of thesis for academic master degree. Conclusion Since the development of professional master degree and academic master degree in nursing in our country is still in its initial stage, it is necessary to establish standardized and authorized development program and evaluation system to development advanced nursing talents.%目的 探讨护理硕士研究生专业学位与科学学位培养模式的区别,为完善护理学科高级人才培养方案的制定提供参考依据.方法 应用质性研究的现象学方法,对在读护理硕士研究生、毕业生、护理硕士生导师及护理学院领导共24名进行半结构式访谈,并对访谈资料反复阅读、分析、编码、分类、提炼,最终得出主题.结果 通过访谈资料分析,提炼出专业学位与科学学位护理硕士研究生培养区别的4个主题.主题1:护理硕士研究生专业学位与科学学位的课程设置在理论学习方面是基本相同或近乎相似的.主题2:专业学位与科学学位在科研能力和临床实践能力要求上的不同是两者的主要区别.主题3:科学学位研究生的临床实践时间少于专业学位研究生.主题4:科学学位研究生的论文要求高于专业学位研究生.结论 我国专业学位和科学学位护理硕士研究生人才培养模式还处于初级阶段,需要通过更多的实践和探索,建立权威、统一的培养方案和考核体系,以培养具有高质量的护理人才.
