Orff's music education system is one of the three most popular music education systems in the world.The advantageous characteristics of it include participatory,comprehensiveness and improvisation,which are able to pro-mote the efficiency of music class and develop students'potential,exceeding in rhythm teaching especially.This thesis attempts to analyze the content and characteristics of the Orff Approach and apply the essence of it to solfeg-gio teaching in preschool education so as to provide solutions to the existing problems in solfeggio teaching,enhance students'comprehensive quality and lay a solid foundation for preschool education majors'teaching in preschools.%当今世界三大音乐教育体系之一的奥尔夫音乐教育体系具有参与性、综合性、即兴性等，能充分开发学生的音乐潜能，提升音乐课堂效率，尤其在节奏教学方面。分析奥尔夫节奏教学法的内容、特征，并应用在学前教育专业“视唱练耳”中，可以提高学生的综合素养，为他们从事幼教工作夯实基础。
