Objective To investigate the nursing effect of CRRT patients with poor vascular access.Methods A total of 2013 November 2015 in November in our hospital CRRT treatment of 68 cases of critically ill patients to carry on the discussion,depending on the date of admission will be the as routine nursing group and the nursing group and conventional nursing group were given routine nursing,targeted nursing group in the conventional care group to take targeted nursing.Results For nursing group in patients with vascular access flow rate and routine nursing group patients the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).The patients in the two groups except in 24h filter using aggregate time no statistical significance (P>0.05),the average filter in use quantity,each filter average service time and creatinine and four life signs of change situation difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion In critically ill patients with CRRT vascular access flow patients for nursing measures can effectively improve the CRRT vascular access flow rate,and effectively increase the filter using long and reduce filter using a number,this will improve the treatment effect of CRRT.%目的：探讨危重患者CRRT血管通路不畅的针对性护理效果。方法选取2013年11月~2015年11月在我院行CRRT治疗的68例危重患者进行探讨，根据入院日期的不同将其分为常规护理组和针对性护理组，常规护理组患者予以常规专科护理，针对性护理组在常规护理组基础上采取针对性护理。结果针对性护理组患者血管通路畅通率与常规护理组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者除了在24 h滤器使用总时间无统计学意义（P＞0.05）外，在平均滤器使用数量、每个滤器平均使用时间以及肌酐和四大生命体征变化情况方面比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对危重患者CRRT血管通路不畅通患者采取针对性护理措施可有效提高其CRRT血管通路的畅通率，同时可有效增加滤器使用时长以及降低滤器使用个数，从而提高CRRT治疗效果。
