Objective To analyze the effect of individualized and humanized comprehensive nursing measures in pregnancy complicated with diabetes. Methods 85 patients that was in pregnancy complicated with diabetes were selected.and they were randomly assigned to two groups. observation group were applicated of humanized, individualized anroutine nursing measures, the levels of blood glucoseand complications rate of the two groups were collected and take a statistically analyzed.Results The levels of blood glucose is better and maternal and infant complications incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Take the individualized and humanized comprehensive nursing measures can improve the blood glucose control, reduce infant and maternal pregnancy complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.%目的：分析个体化、人性化的综合护理措施在妊娠糖尿病中的护理效果。方法选取妊娠合并糖尿病患者85例，随机分为两组，观察组应用人性化、个体化的综合护理措施，对照组应用常规护理措施，统计两组血糖控制情况及并发症率，进行统计学分析。结果观察组血糖控制情况优于对照组，妇婴并发症发生率显著低于对照组，且差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采取个体化、人性化的综合护理措施，可改善妊娠合并糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况，减少妇婴妊娠并发症，促进患者康复。
