随着人民生活水平的提高，人们对口腔的保健意识也逐渐增强，口腔科的就诊人数和工作量也逐年增加。这为口腔科院内感染控制工作带来了一定的难度。加上口腔科器械在临床治疗过程中，接触患者的唾液、血液、污染比较严重，器械种类繁多，使用频率多而周转快，容易造成污染。因此在日常工作中杜绝院内感染和职业防护是往后口腔科工作发展的重点之一，预防控制院内感染也是口腔科护理工作的重点。%With the increase of living standard, people's awareness of oral health protection also increases,so is does the number of patients visiting dentistry clinics,which has consequently brought certain dif iculty to the control of intra-hospital infection. In the process of clinic treatment and operations,dentistry apparatuses are often in contact with patients'saliva and blood,frequently exposed to severe contamination.The multiple types of dentistry apparatuses are frequently used as wel as quickly circulated,easily subjected themselves to contamination.It is consequently one focus work of stomatology department to put an end to intra-hospital infection and to enhance professional protection.The prevention of intra-hospital infection is one major emphasis of stomatology care.
