目的：了解龙岩市从业人员预防性健康体检情况,为监督管理有效措施,提供依据。方法对2012~2013年从业人员体检资料进行分析。结果2年共体检14275例,职业禁忌症检出率为312%,主要以谷丙转氨酶(ALT)增高。戊型肝炎阳性率0﹒042%,男性高于女性,ALT<40U/L,均为隐性感染。甲肝,肠道致病菌,皮肤病未检出。结论为排除潜在传染源,更好对食品,公共场所进行监督管理,所以从业人员每年1次预防性健康体检有着非常重要的意义。%Objective To Longyan City, employing preventive health examination conditions for effective supervision and management measures, and provide evidence. Methods The medical practitioners 2012~2013 were analyzed. Results A total of 14,275 people physical, occupational contraindications detection rate of 312%, mainly in alanine aminotransferase (ALT) increased. HEV-positive rate 0.042% in men than women, ALT <40U/L, both latent infection. Hepatitis, intestinal bacteria, skin not detected. Conclusion In order to eliminate potential sources of infection, bet er food, supervision and management of public places, so employing a preventive health examination once a year has a very important significance.
