Objective:To evaluate the effet of rehabilitation nursing model of Doctor-Physician-Nurse-Patient in early rehabilitation nursing of patients with stroke .Method:80 patients with stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given rehabilitation nursing model of doctor-physician-nurse-patient,while control group was treated routine nursing. The patients’ scores of Fugl-Meyer(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI) of two groups at admission,discharge, 1 and 3 months after discharge were compared.Result:The Fugl-Meyer (FMA) score and Barthel Index(BI) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing model of doctor-physician-nurse-patient could improve the patients’ recovery of limb function and the ability of daily life.It is worthy of popularizing in the future.%目的：探讨医师-康复师-护士-患者一体化康复护理模式对脑卒中患者早期康复的效果。方法：将符合纳入标准的80例脑卒中患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组各40例。干预组实施医师-康复师-护士-患者一体化康复护理模式，对照组仅进行常规护理，比较两组患者入院第2天、出院时、出院后1、3个月的肢体运动动功能（FMA）及日常生活活动能力（Barthel指数）。结果：干预组的FMA评分与Barthel指数评分均高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：医师-康复师-护士-患者一体化康复护理模式能够促进脑卒中患者瘫痪肢体的功能恢复，提高患者的日常生活能力，在临床上值得推广和借鉴。
