目的：：调查精神科长期住院患者的心理需求，调整病房的护理管理方法和服务模式。方法：对57例精神科长期住院患者采取自制的《精神科长期住院患者的心理需求调查表》进行问卷调查。结果：患者对出院、沟通、探视和亲人的照料等需求占首位，其次是对医院的伙食，工娱疗的安排的需求。结论：精神科长期住院患者的心理需求呈多样性，应实行人性化护理模式。%Objective:To investigate the long-term psychiatric inpatients ' psychological needs, and adjust the ward nursing management methods and service modes. Methods:57 cases of long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients took self-made"Long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients' psychological needs questionnaire" survey. Results: The questionnaire survey showed that discharge will, to visit and taking care of their families, and nurses' communication and psychological counseling were the most common needs, followed by hospital's food and work and recreational therapy arrangement orderly. Conclusions:The long-term psychiatric inpatients' psychological needs are various, and it is necessary to implement the humanized nursing mode.
