基于ADAMS的电驱动铰接式自卸车平顺性仿真研究

         

摘要

The dynamic model of electric articulated dump truck HJ360 was built,and the time-domain models of random road excitation input of six wheels were developed with white noise filtration method.In addition,simulation on the ride comfort of the dynamic model on random roads was carried out with ADAMS,the prediction and evaluation of the ride comfort was conducted.The results showed that the ride comfort decreased as the velocity of the dump truck increased,and the ride comfort was better in the full-load mode than in the no-load mode.The study provided references for the design and development of the dump truck.%以HJ360型电驱动铰接式自卸车为研究对象,建立了整车动力学模型,用白噪声滤波法建立了六轮随机路面激励输入的时域模型,运用ADAMS软件对整车动力学模型进行了随机路面激励输入的平顺性仿真,对该车的平顺性进行了预测与评价。结果表明,随着车速的提高,该车平顺性有所降低;相同车速下满载的平顺性比空载好。该研究为该车设计和改进提供了参考。
