Infrared and Raman spectra are important modern spectra analysis approaches , which play a significant role in scientific research and production .In this paper , based on the measurement of Raman and infrared spectra of carbon tetrachloride ,it is required that the data are processed and plotted by Origin software (including advanced function) and that amounts of document literatures are looked up to scientifically and systematically analyze the results , which can cultivate scientific research quality (such as document retrieval capability ,capacity of scientific data processing and analysis ,capability of exploring the unknown from the known) of college students .%拉曼光谱和红外光谱都是重要的现代光谱分析手段，在科研、生产等方面发挥着极大的作用。本文针对开设的实验内容———测量四氯化碳的拉曼光谱和红外吸收光谱，引导学生利用 O rigin软件（含部分高级功能）处理实验数据，要求学生在查阅大量文献资料基础上，完善自身知识体系的同时对实验数据进行系统科学的分析，使学生的科研素养（如文献检索能力、科技数据的处理和分析能力、由已知探索未知的能力）得到有效训练。
