小学生感知到的教师人际行为与学校满意度的关系:学业自我概念的中介

     

摘要

对1308名学生进行问卷调查,来探讨学生感知到的教师人际行为对学校满意度的影响及其中介机制.结果发现:(1)与男生相比,女生感知到更多的积极教师人际行为和更少的消极教师人际行为;(2)积极教师人际行为与学业自我概念和学校满意度呈显著正相关,而消极人际行为与学业自我概念和学校满意度呈显著负相关;(3)学业自我概念在积极教师人际行为与学校满意度间起部分中介作用.%Through the questionnaire survey of 1308 students, this study discussed the influence of interpersonal teacher behavior on school satisfaction and its intermediary mechanism. The results showed that:@@(1) Compared with boys,girls perceived more positive teacher interpersonal behavior but less negative teacher interpersonal behavior.(2) Correlation analysis indicated that positive interpersonal teacher behavior were positively associated with academic self-concept and school satisfaction, whereas negative interpersonal teacher behavior were negatively related to academic self-concept and school satisfaction.(3) Structural equation analysis showed that academic self-concept partially mediated the relationship between positive interpersonal teacher behavior and school satisfaction.
