The grassroots labor union is a grassroots mass organi-zation on behalf of the interests of grassroots workers. The grass-roots labor union plays an irreplaceable role in perfecting the en-terprise democratic management system with workers' congress as the basic form, making public the affairs of enterprises, support-ing workers' participation in democratic management, protecting workers' legitimate rights and interests, and constructing a har-monious labor relation. Geological prospecting units and their workers share common interests and they support each other and develop together.
