基于知识溢出的校企合作知识投入决策模型

         

摘要

Based on the background "Volkswagen entrepreneurial,Peoples innovation" and that Strengthen Core position of enterprises in innovation,stimulate the innovation potential of colleges and universities,and Promote the supply side reform,the paper choses the key spillover sources of collaborative innovation-universities and enterprises as the research subject,and the mechanism and factors influencing knowledge investment decisions are taken as the research object.According to the degree of knowledge spillover,The school-enterprise cooperation category is divided into connection mode,embedded mode and coupling mode. Constructing Stackelberg Game Model,the paper discusses the knowledge input conditions of school-enterprise in different cooperation modes. The results show that,the cooperation thresholds are not the same under different cooperation modes but the leader's advantage is the basic condition of cooperation.The positive effects of marginal knowledge output,knowledge matching awareness and knowledge transfer ability on followers are stronger than those of leaders . A high level of knowledge spillovers increases the spillover costs,making both sides enter into a predicament. The two sides can guarantee the core knowledge input into a fixed proportion to define the responsibility and obligation of the two sides,which is beneficial to both sides to take responsibility and avoid the risk.%立足于“大众创业、万众创新”强化企业创新主体地位,激发高校创新潜力,推动供给侧改革的现实背景,选择协同创新异质性知识的关键溢出源校、企作为研究主体,以影响知识投入决策的机制和因素作为研究对象,根据不同知识溢出程度将校企合作类别分为连接模式、嵌入模式和耦合模式,建构Stackelberg主从博弈模型,分别讨论不同合作模式下校企的知识投入条件.研究表明:不同合作模式下的合作阈值并不相同,但领导者占有优势均为合作契约化的基本条件;边际知识产出、知识匹配感知度和知识转化能力的正向激励效应对跟随者的影响强于对领导者;高度的知识溢出使溢出成本增加,使得双方进入投入困境,可以通过保证双方核心知识投入成固定比例来框定双方的责任和义务,有利于双方承担责任和规避风险,最终促进合作的达成.
