通过发放调查问卷,抽样调查了北京昌平高科技园区的185名中小型高科技企业研发人员,分析了其总体工作满意度状况以及性别、婚姻状况、年龄、学历、职务等人口特征变量在工作满意度上的差异,揭示了影响中小型高科技研发人员工作满意度的主要因素,并提出了相应的管理措施.%Using self-made questionnaire, the paper surveys 185 R&-D workers from small and medium high-tech companies in Changping high-tech campus of Beijing. Based on the data, the paper analyzes the overall job satisfaction situation and the difference between sex, marital status, age, education background and position. Then the main job satisfaction factors of R&-D workers are revealed. In the end, some management solutions are put forward.
