结合铁路工程施工特点,对铁路工程施工中采取的分包模式、分工序承包模式、自建＂架子队＂施工管理模式进行了简要说明,并提出了自己的看法,对类似工程施工管理具有一定指导意义。%Combining with the construction features of the railway projects,the paper indicates the adoption of the subcontract model,the procedure division contract model,and the management model of the＂frame-type construction brigade＂,and points out own opinions,so as to have the direction significance for the construction management of similar projects.
