基于分数阶梯度下降法的分数阶非线性系统预测控制

         

摘要

构造了一种基于分数阶梯度下降法的模型预测控制器.首先选取极限学习机对分数阶非线性系统建模,然后基于分数阶微积分理论提出分数阶梯度下降法,并利用该方法求取控制律.将所设计的分数阶非线性预测控制方法应用于一个分数阶非线性系统,仿真结果表明改进的算法能够较快地实现设定值跟踪,具有较强的稳定性.%A model predictive controller with fractional gradient descent was constructed.A fractional nonlinear system was modeled with extreme learning machine.Then based on fractional calculus theories,fractional gradient descent was proposed and control laws in nonlinear predictive control were obtained.Finally,the designed controller was applied to a fractional nonlinear system.Simulation results show that the proposed method has fast tracking response and strong stability.
