Teaching team construction is the core content of the connotative construction in higher vocational colleges. With the developing of information society, constructing a harmonious society, teachers demand of social supporting or concerning themselves development more and more. The author starts research from the perspective of Institutional Economics, puts forward the teaching team motivation mechanism design preliminary ideas, and points out the construction of teaching teams in some of the problems, hoping in the future studies to further improve.%高职院校教学团队建设是高职院校内涵式建设的核心内容.随着信息社会的发展,和谐社会的构建,教师需要社会支持或者关心其发展的要求越来越强烈.文章从制度经济学的角度出发,提出教学团队动力机制设计的初步设想,并指出现阶段教学团队建设中存在的一些问题,希望在今后的研究中进一步完善.
